Actually turning up and being on time are two of the common bug bears we regularly hear about our competitors from new clients when we first meet them. When we arrange our first meeting, we are happy to meet you in the daytime, evening or over the weekend - we appreciate that your time is as valuable as ours.
First contact can often make or break a potential new contract. We recognise these points only too well and go out of our way to allay fears and smooth the way to a potentially rewarding and fruitful new relationship. Our clients quickly realise that we not only mean what we say, but our statements are backed up by swift action. When we first meet you, we will:

Discuss and identify your needs and aspirations of what you wish and feel your garden should provide you with. We want to find out what you like or dislike.
We will survey your current garden and identify with you what can go, what should remain or what is moveable.
We digitally photograph your current garden to assist us in designing your new garden.
Where sound soft and hard landscaping exists, we will aim to incorporate them into the new garden, saving you money. This could be plants, rock etc which can be left where they are or re-located into the new plan.
Examples of recent work can be shown to you on our laptop computer to not only assure you of our abilities, but also fire your imagination.
All this is provided free-of-charge and under no obligation. though any drawings produced remain the property of Turtle Productions.
