Quality & Customer Satisfaction are the two most important aspects of our business philosophy.

Unlike some of our competitors we do not book multiple jobs concurrently. This means we do not appear for the odd day or two at a time, leaving you wondering when we will show up next. In our quotation contract, we agree with you  a start date and projected completion date. Once the quotation contract is signed, then subject to adverse weather conditions or ill health, we will be with you on the contracted date and throughout that period. This keeps disruption to an absolute minimum, allowing you to enjoy the completed project on schedule.

If problems arise from either side, we will always discuss these with you and try where-ever possible to work with you around them and aim to keep disruption to a minimum.

Once each project has been completed, a Quality Control Questionnaire is posted to all clients. The replies of which will ensure we keep on-track and our past, present and future customers satisfied. View these performance results. In the meantime, our philosophies remain:
