Step 1: measuring up

In response to your first contact, we like to meet up with you at a time to suit you to discuss your needs.

During our first meeting, we'll survey the prospective site of your new pond, discussing and agreeing with you it's location, size, shape and merits. Using a hose pipe or string, we can mark out the area it will take in the garden and, in conjunction with on-the-spot pricing (where-ever possible), expand or trim it's size to match your imagination / budget.

This marking out allows you to live with the proposed layout for a few days while we take care of the planning. It allows for changes before the construction commences, thus saving valuable cost and heartache due to potential mid-installation changes.

Where-ever possible we will provide on-the-spot pricing via laptop computer, which allows for budget versus pond-sizing adjustments and therefore better customer satisfaction by providing all information up-front.
