Step 2: Design & contracts

Many considerations need to be made during the design process concerning the building of your pond and the list aside depicts a few of them.

Having discussed your wishes and needs, we consider the topography & ecology of your garden before preparing plans. Our considerations will also account for the possibility of additional features which may not have been considered at the time, such as a patio or deck, surround planting or landscaping, lighting and irrigation issues.

Our quotation details all aspects of the project including optional extras.

Our written quotation provides a firm price for not only the core work you've requested, but also each additional component/project we've discussed. Once our quotation has been issued, these prices, once set, do not change nor have any hidden extras - the price you see is the price you pay.

Where we're able to e-mail you our quotation, we include
hyperlinks to images describing the processes of construction. These help you to better understand our quotation through the use of pictures.

Only when you are
totally satisfied with our quotation is the contract signed and deposits paid and installation dates confirmed.
