From 2007

We were asked to come and clean this pond and make it safe for their visiting grand-children. The pond had become overrun with lily growth which was consuming around 75% of the pond.

We drained the pond, cleaned out the silt and lily roots, removed, trimmed and re-planted the existing plants, adding new ones where required and prepared them for return. We also added a Hozelock Titan "Solids Handling" pump and Hozelock Bioforce 12000 UVC filtration system to ensure the pond stays crystal clear for future enjoyment.

Having re-filled the pond, we installed the Safapond grid system on the second day. Plastic mesh grids sit on aluminium runners designed to stop children drowning by keeping them out of the water. Here we prove the installation by testing it with two adults! Lovely client, great job and superb ploughmans lunch! We look forward to future maintenance contracts.
