Following an accident and subsequent repair to a house, we were called out in the middle of winter to solve a leaking pond. Fearing the leak was due to a puncture during the repair, there was no option but to drain the pond and reline it whilst the fish were hibernating.

We tranquilised the water before draining the pond so as to sedate the fish, which allowed for their easy capture. There was around 15-years worth of dirt to remove before we could identify the problem and resolve it. A scaffold pole had been dropped through the liner in two places resulting in the need to reline the pond. This was duly done and everything returned, carefully.

In completing the project, a report was made of our findings resulting in a successful insurance payout to the client for the project, not to mention no loss of fish.
