What started out being a simple pond restoration resulted in a small garden transformation! As you can see from the first two pictures, there was a pond in there - somewhere, not to mention some fabulous koi!
To create additional living space, the area around the pond was stripped completely of vegetation and carcassing built ready for a new deck. The pond needed re-lining so that was tackled next along with new pond equipment; the new filter being housed in a special box built in the corner of the deck.
Low voltage lighting was then added both in the water and around the four corner segments of the pond before the decking was added and the sides clad in featheredge boards. Finally the trellis panels were added around the complete garden together with a new 6' gate.
