Recent storms in Stonehouse bought down an old tree and, co-incidentally, blew out a panel on this fence. We were called out to remove the fallen tree and won the contract to replace the neighbours' rotting fence.
The old fence enclosed a specimen rose garden so sensitivity was called for during our work. This was also reflected in the design of the new fence where the 'closed in' height was reduced from 6' to 4'6" with an 18" trellis being added, allowing additional light to enter the lounge window and the rose-bed area of the garden plus giving the climbing roses something to reach for as they matured.
From fallen panel to replaced fence, only 7 days passed allowing the client to regain their privacy with the minimum of disruption.
