What started as a Yellow Pages call turned out to be one of our most enjoyable weeks work ever! The scene was set when we provided a fairly accurate on-the-spot quote for a pond during our initial meeting with our final quote for pond and deck undercut our nearest pond only competitor.

Staff stayed locally in a Premier Travel Inn as a more cost effective alternative to time and travel costs which allowed us to work longer hours, which in turn allowed us to build a 2,100 gallon pond, a 350 square foot deck and pergola in only five days.

Whilst we were on-site, we were exceptionally well looked after - fed and watered each morning and lunch-time which was much appreciated. When it is launched, these clients go straight to the top of our bribing gallery top ten! We look forward to returning to finish designing and landscaping the rest of the garden.
