From 2003

These clients had recently completed their kitchen extension however, due to the topography of the site, had no-way of accessing their garden - some 7-feet below them!

When we surveyed the site, the client showed us design concepts they wished encompassed from a magazine, which we duly obliged. The design was also to provide under-deck access to the cellar and provide screening from the neighbours.

Due to poor perimeter walls, the deck and fencing were to be completely free-standing - not a problem through the use of suitable timbers and a cross-bracing system.

The decking timbers mimicked the magazine image beautifully and the client's taste in garden furniture finished the deck area perfectly, providing a modern, contemporary yet peaceful aura to the space.
