From 2005

A first for us - we were called in to install a deck and hot-tub base! The whole garden was being clad in timber whilst a hot-tub was being dropped in from overhead crane!
Our first priority was to mark out the relevant dimensions in the garden and then level it into two tiers. Having researched the requirements with our concrete supplier, 2 cubic metres of concrete plus flecks were then poured for the hot-tub whilst the deck carcass took shape around the base.
The deck boards were then laid diagonally, opposing on either level whilst a pergola was added after the hot-tub had been lowered into position. The existing shed was retained and turned around on the upper deck and the gap between the two decks was clad.
LED deck lighting was used throughout the project and a small planting bed in the lower deck added colour. An immediate favourite deck of ours made all the better by great clients and referrals already! Eight days were taken to transform this garden.
