The building site ... (click me to enlarge) ... or is it a garden? (click me to enlarge)
Whatever the answer, two days would return it to a garden! (click me to enlarge) Additional soil, plants, rock, bark mulch and log roll edging transforms this strip (click me to enlarge)
The strip then frames the view for the whole garden (click me to enlarge) Whilst the border which carries through under the perimeter wall frames the garden to the driveway (click me to enlarge)
A gravel path leads around the front of the property (click me to enlarge) The finished project (click me to enlarge)

Our clients had just had an extension built, to the detriment of the front garden! The lawn had become the builders yard and store-room all rolled into one.

We agreed that a new lawn needed laying and the existing borders should be enhanced with new plants being purchased to supplement the existing beds and provide all-round colour and future interest.

A trim budget of £1,000 was set for this project, which saw us introduce 5 tonne of graded topsoil, log-roll edging, planting, rocks and all plants and turf.

Day one saw the removal to existing site skip of waste materials and weeding, plus preparation of the ground for turfing, planting and mulching on day two.
