Another property seeing the benefit of extensions, this garden was surrounded by concrete block walls and had been half laid to patio.

The lawn was very bald due to the building works so we agreed to lay a new lawn and introduce a corner rockery to soften the surrounding block walls and add depth and colour to the garden. Two client built us a small retaining block wall to retain the height of the rockery and two tonne of topsoil was introduced prior to planting with low maintenance shrubs and rocks.

The new lawn was laid on a screed of topsoil which would provide a good layer of nutrients to encourage the grass to quickly route. We completed this work in a day at a cost of £600.
