From 2006

We were contracted to develop three new gardens for a property development company. Following on from the last of the outdoor trades, we first rotivated the slope to level and remove the building rubble before dividing up and installing 389 feet of single or double-sided fencing.

Plans had to change for the patios outside the rear of the property due to damp courses and previous constructions methods so we recommended and installed three 14' deep decks. These decks then led to steps and a small seating/standing platform above the wall before the lawns commenced.

350 square yards of turf were then laid to complete the three gardens. The whole project took just two weeks and good trust and communications between the developer and ourselves allowed us to solve problems as they occurred, to the benefit of the properties. We later installed the front gardens.
