A fantastic two-week project of decking and pond started off with torrents of rain, causing un-told delays to our schedule. Luckily, by staying locally, we were able to capitalise on good weather windows and client hospitality (beer!) to ensure we stayed on-track.

A figure-of-eight pond some 3' deep, 25' long and 15' at its widest point was build just into the top lawn level with an enclosing 650 square feet deck was built to lap over the top of the pond and hide the large filtration tanks sited under the deck.

Steps ran down both sides of the deck to reach the lower garden whilst our patented handrail system kept everyone safely on the deck. Under-deck cladding enclosed the structure whilst LED deck lights and halogen pond lights transformed the area at night time. Finally, a 3m bridge hides the water return and links both sides of the pond.
