How you rate us

Following our incorporation, relocation and expansion, we set up a new quality monitoring system in April 2005. We asked our clients to give us two-fold quality feedback - both at the completion of the project and then later via an anonymous questionnaire form issued with our invoices.  The questionnaires are designed to flag-up training needs and to ensure our standards of customer service are maintained.

The results, shown below (and comments here) have exceeded our expectations and we would like to share these with you. We have now closed this current survey after nineteen months as the statistic percentages are hardly changing; we will of course introduce/re-instate the survey if we feel the need / quality issues / further research dictate the need for monitoring.
