We're happy to help with any size job

Really pleased with our recent pond refurbishment – many thanks to Dan and Ben for their work for us. All the Turtle staff we have dealt with have been friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Great service all round – we have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Several people had previously viewed our old, crumbling stonework, leaking, overgrown, unusually-shaped pond, and had declined the re-lining job. Lee of Turtle Productions viewed it and provided a fully-specified and very reasonable quotation the following day. Their team of Ben, Ben V., Gemma and Scott completed the work over four days, the following week. They were all enthusiastic, knowledgeable, hard-working, skilful and friendly, and were a pleasure to have around. They were sensitive to both the natural and the built environment around the pond, and actually improved upon the original design, adding an extra moving water feature which enhances the pond. They left the site immaculately clean and tidy. I really could not be more delighted.

Turtle Productions have serviced our large fish pond for many years. We have recently had them replace the old worn out liner. After removing the many fish and plants into holding tanks, over 3 days, they cleared out the pond, removed the coping around the edge and then installed the new underlay and liner, relaid the edging, and thinned out and repotted the plants. They did a great job and we now have happy fish that we can actually see! Many thanks to Ben, Ben, George and Scott for all your efforts. We are delighted with our refurbished pond.

We have had a pond since moving house about 8 years ago. The pond has become overcrowded with plants and silt and a couple of years ago it started to lose water. So as you can imagine it did not look great. I had talked to a builder about replacing the liner as I felt I could not do it myself. I saw a review of Turtle Productions and got a quote from them.
From the very start of the process it was obvious they were a very professional outfit. They took all fish, frogs and newts out and stored them in a holding tank. They emptied the pond and all the silt (which they distributed round the garden to act as a fertiliser). They removed the old perished liner and cut down the water plants to a sensible size. They have replaced the stone edging and refilled the pond. It now looks terrific and all the fish (etc) are very happy.
I was expecting 3 people to do it, but 4 turned up (Ben V, Gem, Adam and George). They were all very helpful and were a real pleasure to have around. They worked very hard and I realise it would have taken me a very long time if I had tried to do it myself. On top of that they have all the necessary pumps, tanks and other equipment.
A really first class job and it just looks wonderful now!
Thank you Turtle Productions.

Thanks to Mike and Ben for a great job transforming our pond on the hottest week of the year
The pond looks terrific now and we’re excited to see how it will finally look when all of the new plants have grown!
Thanks again

Lovely firm to deal with – Lee serviced my pond filter and sorted out a problem with the UV light switch. Will probably go for a full pond clean based on the work so far. Would definitely recommend.

Mike returned to my wildlife pond to tidy excessive roots and check health levels. Eight months earlier he and others from Turtle had done a ‘proper’ job on rehabilitation of an overgrown pond and quite a bit of choking green weed and invasive plant roots. Mike’s recent visit removed what I wanted gone and gave the water quality 4 perfects and 2 fines. Thanks very much for excellent service.

A wonderful job by a wonderful team. It was the van with the name Turtle productions on it that caught my Dad’s eye – we rang and we couldn’t be happier. Turtle restored a tired and leaking pond, and totally resurrected a broken water feature and now we have our fountain, a new waterfall, a rejuvenated pond and stone landscape area. Lovely job. 🙂 Dr Joanna Kill

Hugely responsive for an urgent repair, would thoroughly recommend this company.

Amazingly efficient company and so helpful. Have spent 4 weeks talking to all sort of pond people and nobody could help us with our urgent need for an EPDM liner. Turtle made a great effort to secure us one which is already on its way and due to be with us in 7-9 days. So unusual to find such a “can do” (with a bit of effort!) attitude. Very refreshing! Would use them again any time.
